Porto Pino Beach
Located on the tip of south Sardinia, Porto Pino is a beautiful area as there is an enormous pine forest and a stunningly beautiful bay with a long beach stretching for more than four kilometers. It is also here you will find colorful flamingos on expanses of water between imposing dunes, bringing a romantic touch to this enchanting destination.
There are also water sports and lessons available in nearby Porto Botte which include windsurfing, kite surfing, wake boarding and wing foil.
Cycling & Hiking Routes
In the middle of the Sulcis, Sant'Anna Arresi or more simply Arresi is a graceful village with some wonderful cycling routes taking you to the nuraghes or tombs of the giants which date from the Bronze Age.
Alternatively, why not go hiking around Grotta dei baci, located within the municipal territory of Sant'Anna Arresi. Here you will find caves at sea level, characteristic for the overhanging platform (about 12 metres), used by improvised divers in the summer.
